Sweet Roti


Wheat flour – 1 cup
Milk – ½ cup
Ripened Banana – 1
Egg -1 or 2
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Salt – a pinch
Oil or ghee

Method:
In a bowl add wheat flour, ripened banana, egg, sugar, salt, 1 or 2 tsp oil or ghee and sprinkle milk to make a thick dough.
Keep aside for ½ to 1 hour.
Make small balls from the dough, roll it for 10 to 12 inches round by sprinkling flour on dough.
Heat the griddle or tava. Place the roti on the tava. Now apply oil on both the side of the roti.
Remove the roti from heat once both the sides becomes golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy.
