Raggi roti


Ingredients:

Raggi flour – 1 cup
Onion – 1 big size
Green chilli chopped – 4 to 5
Curry leaves – 7 to 9
Salt
Water
Oil

Method:

In a bowl add raggi flour, finely chopped onion, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Sprinkle some water and make a dough (same as like chappathi dough)
Take a ball size dough and flatten it by pressing the dough with your hands.
Heat the tava and Place the roti. Now apply oil on both the side of the roti.
Remove the roti from heat once both the sides becomes golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy.
