Ingredients:

Maida – ½ cup
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Salt
Water
Oil or ghee

Method:

In a bowl mix wheat flour, maida, salt, 1 or 2 tsp oil or ghee and sprinkle water to make a thick dough.
Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for ½ or 1 hour.
Now make small balls from the dough and roll it for 5 to 7 inches round. By sprinkling flour on dough.
Heat the oil (for deep fry) in a kadai once the oil is heated , put the rolled poori dough in the oil and deep fry it.
Serve hot with channa masala, or any gravy.
