Rice flour roti


Ingredients:

Rice flour – 1 cup
Coconout- 4 to 5 pieces
Water
Oil or ghee
Salt

Method:

In a bowl add the rice flour and grated coconut. And sprinkle hot water and make a dough.
Take a muslin cloth and place a ball size dough on it and flatten it by pressing the dough with your hands.
Heat the tava and Place the roti. Now apply oil on both the side of the roti.
Remove the roti from heat once both the sides becomes golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy.
