Paneer Matar


Ingredients:

200 gms Paneer
1 cup green peas
1 tsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Garam masala powder
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Salt to taste
3 – 4 tbsp Oil
3-4 Medium Size Tomatoes
1 Medium size Onion
1 tsp Ginger – Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 – 3 Green Chilies

Method:

Cut paneer into cubes and keep aside.
Half cook the green peas and Keep aside .
Grind tomatoes , onion, ginger – garlic paste , green chilies .
Heat oil and let the mix boil for 8-10 mins.
Add chilli powder and salt to taste
Add 1/2 tsp garam masala, peas, paneer and cream in the end and simmer for 5 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot .
