Malai Paneer Recipe



Ingredients:

250 gm paneer
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 cup fresh cream
¼ cup cashews
Chopped coriander
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 medium size onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp khus-khus
1 tsp Garam masala powder
3 cardamoms
1 tsp red chili powder

Method :

Cut the paneer into cubes.
Grind the tomato paste, onions, ginger garlic paste, khus khus, garam masala powder, cardamoms and chili powder together .
In a kadai, add 3 tbsp of oil and add cumin allow it to fry for a min.
Then add the grinded paste .
Cook for about 10 minutes till oil separates.
Now add the peas, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Fry the cashews in little ghee.
Add cream and cook for 15 minutes.
Now add the paneer, cashews, chopped coriander leaves and salt to it.
Cook for 5 min. and serve hot.
