Besan Laddu Recipe


Ingredients:

Besan flour - 1/2 kg
Grounded Sugar - 1/2 kg
Green Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 100gms
Ghee - 200gms

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan, fry the cashew nuts and keep it aside.
Add more ghee in the same pan and add the besan flour and fry it in a low flame until the colour turns golden.
Add the powdered sugar and mix well, add the cardamom powder and the fried cashew nuts and combine well and keep it aside.
Once the Besan mixture comes to normal temperature, grease your palm with ghee and take a small portion of the besan mixture and make small size balls.
Keep the Besan laddu aside allow it to harden and store in air tight container.
