Veg Sandwich
Ingredients:
Wheat Bread - 6 slices
Carrot grated - 1 cup
Cucumber grated - 1/2 cup
Cabbage grated - 1 cup
Onions chopped - 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper powder
Method:
In a bowl, add grated carrot, cucumber, cabbage, chopped onions and mayonnaise, salt and black pepper pwd.
Mix well and allow it to refrigerate for atleast an hr.
Apply butter on one side of the bread pieces .
Spread the veg-mayonnaise paste between 2 bread slice and serve.
Veg Sandwich is ready to eat now kutties...
