Baby Corn Bujji


Ingredients:

Baby Corn -10
Egg(beaten)-1
Red Chilly Powder-1 1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Besan Flour -1 cup
Salt (to taste)
Oil

Method :


Clean and wash the baby corn and keep it aside.
Take a bowl add the Besan flour , chilli pwd , turmeric pwd , salt and egg . Mix well to form a thick batter ( bajji consistance ).
Add the baby corns in to the batter and keep it aside for 1 hr.
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry thr baby corns , fry till it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with any sauce.
