Ingredients

ToorDal-1cup
Palak-1 1/2cups finnely chopped
Tomatoes-2 finely chopped
Fresh coconut-2tablespoon
green chillies-6
Tamarind juice-1tablespoon
Salt to taste
Red chilli pd-1/4teaspoon chilli
Sambar Powder-1teaspoon Sambar
cumin powder-1/2teaspoon
Oil-2table spoon
For Seasoning:-
Ghee-1tablespoon
Onion-1finely chopped
Red dry chillies-2 broken
Garlic flakes mashed-6
Urad dal-1teaspoon
Hing-a pinch

How to make ToorDal Palak Curry

Pressure cook DAL with 1 cup of water,1teasppon Oil,1teaspoon haldi,cool and mash well, and keep aside
Heat oil in a broad vessel.Add green chillies,tomato,chopped palak and fry well.
Add chilli pd cumin pd and 1,4 cup of water,cook the palak well.
Add mashed dal with 1/4 cup dal water,salt,tamarind juice and sambar powder.cook till it becomes thick.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoon coriander leaves and coconut.
Heat ghee,add seasoning ingredients fry well pour on dal and mix well
