Sev Batata Puri


Ingredients

Small Puris - 20 (available at most Indian Grocery stores)
Sev - 1 cup
Batata/Mashed potatoes - 2 cups
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Juice of lime/lemon - 3 tbs
Date-Tamarind chutney - 1/4rth cup
Mint-Cilantro chutney - 1/4rth cup
Salt and Chilly powder - to taste Chilly powder
Cilantro/Coriander - for garnis

How to make Sev Batata Puri

Arrange the Puris in a circle on a plate/serving dish.
Arrange a small ball of mashed potato on each puri.
Sprinkle amchur powder on each puri.
Add a small dollop of both the chutneys.
Sprinkle Sev on each one.
Garnish with cilantro.
Enjoy.
