Bhel Puri


Ingredients

Swad Brand Bombay Bhel - 3 cups (OR) Mamra/Murmura - 3 cups
Flat Small Puris for Bhel (available at most Indian grocery stores) - 7-8 Puris
Thin Sev (crispy lentil noodles) - 1 cup Sev

Thick Sev (optional) - 1/4rth cup
Roasted Groundnuts - handful Groundnuts
Chopped onion - half cup
Chopped tomato - 1/4rth cup
Boiled diced potatoes - 1/2 cup
Date-Tamarind Chutney - 4 tbs
Cilantro-Mint Chutney - 3 tbs
Cilantro - for garnish

How to make Bhel Puri

Take a large mixing bowl and add 3 cups of Bombay Bhel Mix to it.
Crumble the flat puris with your hands into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, diced potatoes, thin and thick sev, roasted peanuts.
Lastly add both the chutneys. Mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and sprinkle a little sev on top before serving
