Paneer Capsicum Masala Curry


Ingredients:

200 grams Paneer
2 Big size capsicum
2 big size onions
3 big size tomatoes (pureed)
1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
1 tsp jeera
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream

Method :

Finely chop the onions, cube the paneer and slice the capsicums.
In a pan heat oil, add jeera.
When it splutters, add the chopped onions and fry till transparent .
Add the ginger- garlic paste and fry for some more time.
Add the sliced capsicum and fry for 2 minutes. Add Chilli Powder , Turmeric Powder , Coriander powder and Garam Masala powder and fry for 2 – 3 mins.
Add the pureed tomatoes and salt. Let it cook for 5 – 10 mins.
Add the paneer pieces and cook in the masala.
Finally add the milk and the cream. Cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
