Nut Bread


Ingredients:
3 cups - all purpose flour
1 2/3 cup - milk
1 cup - sugar
� cup - chopped nuts
� cup - cooking oil
4 tsp - baking powder
1 tsp - salt
1 - beaten egg
Method
Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till combined.
Stir in nuts. Turn into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a 350�oven for 1 to 1 � hours.
Cool in a pan for 10 mins.
Remove from pan, cool on a rack.
Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
