Grilled Veg Sandwich


Ingredients:

Wheat bread - 6 slices
Chopped carrot - 1/4 cup
chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup
corn - 1/4 cup
mushrooms - 1/4 cup
garlic chopped - 2 tsp
coriander leaves chopped - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - 2 tsp
Black pepper pwd
salt
cheese - 1/4 cup

Method:

Heat olive oil in a pan, add all the vegetables (including ginger) and fry for 5 mins.
Add salt, black pepper pwd and allow it to cook for 5 mins.
Now apply butter on one side of each bread slice.
Spread 1-2 tsp of the cooked vegetables in 3 bread slice.
Grate the cheese and spread it on the layer of cooked vegetables.
Now close each filled bread slice with butter coated bread slice.
Finally grill the sandwich and serve hot.
Grilled Sandwich is ready to eat now kutties..
