Ingredients

1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
4 medium size kiwi, peeled,& sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup low fat sugar
crushed ice


How to make Fruit Smoothie


Blend all the ingredients in a blender.Blend well till it becomes smooth.Serve with a slice of kiwi fruit.
