Egg Salad


Ingredients
1/2 bunch bunch cilantro
to fry Ghee (butter) for frying
2 number green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp oil
1 number onion, chopped
100 grams potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed
to taste salt
1 tsp tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 cup wheat flour

Directions of Egg Salad;
Cut eggs into halves. Take out the yolk and mash with boiled potatoes.
Prepare mixture of egg yolk, boiled potatoes, salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped coriander.
Fill eggs whites with the mixture.
Serve in a tray garnished with onion, tomatoes, chopped capsicum & coriander.
