Barbecued Pork Chops


Ingredients:
8 - lean pork chops
1/2 cup - ketchup
1 tsp - salt
1 tsp - celery chopped
1/2 tsp - nutmeg grated
1/3 cup - vinegar
1 cup - water
1 - bay leaf
Method

1. Brown the pork chops in hot fat.
2. Combine all other ingredients into a sauce and pour over chops.
3. Roast in a moderate oven at 325 F for 1&1/2 hrs.
