Peanut Butter, Chocolate and Hazelnut Sandwich


Ingredients:
200 g - panini loaf
100 g - chunky peanut butter
30 g - hazelnut toasted
40 g - chocolate ganache
20 g - berry grits
05 g - cinnamon sticks
01sprig - mint sprig
05 g - icing sugar
05 g - coco powder
Method
Slit open the Panini bread, toast the inner sides.
Apply the peanut butter, chocolate ganache.
Top up the ganache with toasted hazelnuts.
Serve on the serving plate with berry grits and pastry custard as show.
Garnish with icing sugar, coco powder, mint sprigs and cinnamon sticks.
