Methi chutney


Ingredients:
50g methi dal
150g red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
A pinch of hing
1 tsp - roasted sesame
1 tsp - garlic powder
1 tsp - aamchur powder
1 tsp - cumin seed powder
1 tsp - oil
Method
Heat oil in a pan; roast the methi dal.
Then add the rest of ingredients and roast for 1 min and powder.
Chutney is ready.
This is a dry chutney and can be stored for years.
Enjoy with pancake or any other dish.
