Locro Cuyano


Ingredients

6 corns on the cob
3 tomatoes
1 onion
1 red pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 slice sweet pumpkin
salt, oil (except olive oil)

Directions:


Reheat the chopped onion, the red pepper and the garlic
cloves (crushed) in the oil till the onion become
translucent. Put the corn in the saucepan (if you have a
wok, better!). Then, you have to cube the pumpkin and add to
the preparation.
Low the heat and cook until done.
This recipe is very simple, but it's perfect.
I usually eat this dish when I go to Mina Clavero, Cordoba,
Argentina for holidays. Try it, it's delicious! and then
