Dry Fruit Basund


Ingredients:
500 ml - milk
100 g - powdered sugar or as per taste
1 cup - raisins
1 cup - dry fig
1 cup - dry dates
a pinch of elaichi powder
3 to 4 pieces - badam& pista
Method
Soak the dry fruits for three to four hours.
Make a smooth thick paste.
Boil the milk reducing it to half.
Cool the milk then add sugar, mixture of dry fruits and elaichi powder.
Garnish with almond and pista pieces.
