Chicken Corn
Ingredients:2 corn cobs
4 large cups chicken stock
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Method
Melt butter, add flour, stir till it becomes like breadcrumbs.
Remove from fire, add chicken stock & blend well.
When all the stock is added, add milk & return to fire.
Add seasoning; add corn and bring to a boil.
Cook till corn is tender.
