Bread Masala


Ingredients:
bread slices-5
onion-1 finely chopped
tomato-1 finely chopped
chilli powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
oil -2 to 3 tsp
salt to taste
coriander leaf
Method
Cut the bread slices into pieces and keep it aside.
Keep kadai and add oil, heat it.
Add onion and saute it.
Then add tomato,chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add bread pieces in it and sprinkle little amount of water, to mix evenly.
Finally add coriander leafs to garnish and serve hot.
